Not-your-everyday Veggie Pizza
This savory inspiration is a clever way to add a delicious vegan option to your menu.
Ingredients
1 ball Pizza Dough
6 Tbsp Pizza Sauce
¾ cups Baby Spinach
1 ½ cups Dairy-Free Mozzarella Style Shred
3 Whole Artichokes
1 Orange Pepper
¼ Red Onion
8 Cherry Tomatoes
8 each Kalamata Olives
1 pinch Basil, torn
1 pinch Red Chili Flakes
Directions
Stretch the dough out to 14” roughly round shape.
Spread the pizza sauce all around the dough leaving about 1cm around the edges.
Evenly place the baby spinach around the pizza then cover with the Dairy-Free Mozzarella Style Shred.
Thinly slice the artichokes, orange pepper, red onion; and halve the cherry tomatoes and olives.
Add the vegetable toppings evenly and carefully around the pizza so that it presents nicely.
Bake at 500F for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow the pizza to rest for 3-5 minutes.
Finally garnish pizza with almonds, torn basil and chili flakes.
