Goat Cheese & Fig Babka

A fresh babka loaf is already a deliciously indulgent treat, but this goat cheese frosting takes it to a whole other level. Each bite of this smooth, rich and creamy spread complements figs and pecans in an irresistible combination of sweet and savory flavors.


Goat Cheese Frosting

  • ¾ cup Goat Cheese
  • ¾ cup Butter, unsalted and softened
  • 2 cups confectioners’ sugar

2 loaves Babka, prepared
8 Figs, sliced
¼ cup Pecans, toasted and chopped


Goat Cheese Frosting

  1. In a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, combine goat cheese and butter and cream until evenly combined and whipped in texture.
  2. Add confectioners sugar and mix on medium speed until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a container with a lid and store refrigerated.

Goat Cheese & Fig Babka Assembled

  1. Top prepared babka loves with Goat Cheese Frosting, Figs and Pecans.
  2. Serve immediately.
