Cheddar Cheese and Sriracha BBQ Chicken Sliders

Pulled chicken heats up in a Sriracha-spiked BBQ sauce, topped by the sharp flavor and creamy texture of melted Cheddar Cheese on warmed slider buns—for pub-size eats that deliver big taste.


  • Pulled Chicken , 3 cups
  • Barbeque Sauce , 1 cup
  • Sriracha , 1 Tbsp.
  • Slider Buns, 8 each
  • Sliced Cheddar Cheese , 2 slices
  • Romaine Lettuce, 2 leaves
  • Red Onions, Sliced , ¼ cup
  • Pickles, Sliced , 8 slices


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the barbeque sauce and Sriracha sauce. Add the pulled chicken and combine until chicken is covered in Sriracha BBQ sauce.
  2. Cut the Sliced Cheddar Cheese into quarters. Cut the romaine lettuce to fit the slider buns.
  3. To assemble, place 1/4 cup of Sriracha BBQ chicken onto the bottom half of a slider bun, top with cheddar cheese and place into an oven just until the cheese melts.
  4. Finish with a lettuce piece, sliced onions, a pickle slice, and place the other half of the slider bun on top.

Yield: 8 Sliders
