- 1 cantaloupe cut into rings (bottom and top trimmed)
- Cottage Cheese
- 1/3 cup blueberry compote or jam loosened with a drizzle of water
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1⁄4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1⁄4 cup granola
- Place a ring of cantaloupe in the center of the plate. Mound cottage cheese in the center.
- Drizzle the cottage cheese with the blueberry compote and honey.
- Top with blueberries, hemp seeds, chia seeds and granola.
