Cantaloupe breakfast bowl


  • 1 cantaloupe cut into rings (bottom and top trimmed)
  • Cottage Cheese
  • 1/3 cup blueberry compote or jam loosened with a drizzle of water
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1⁄4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1⁄4 cup granola


  • Place a ring of cantaloupe in the center of the plate. Mound cottage cheese in the center.
  • Drizzle the cottage cheese with the blueberry compote and honey.
  • Top with blueberries, hemp seeds, chia seeds and granola.
