Sun Dried Tomato Dip

Ingredients
- 1-6 oz jar sundried tomatoes packed in oil
- 1 C fresh Basil Leaves
- ¼ C Pinenuts, toasted
- ½ C Stella Hard Italian Cheese
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- Pinch Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/3 C Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- TT Salt & Pepper
- 8 oz Mascapone
Directions
- Combine the first 7 items in a bowl of a food processor and drizzle in the olive oil with the blade running. Season to taste with Salt and Pepper. Serve with sliced toasted baguette.
