Directions

1. In a shaker tin, add add ice, tea concentrate, milk, and heavy cream.
2. Close the tin, shake for 30 seconds, until ice cold and frothy.
3. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
4. Top with orange wheel and cinnamon stick, serve immediately.
