Berry Loaded French Toast

Ingredients
- 4 Slice Sourdough Bread
- Strawberry Whipped Ricotta (See sub recipe)
- 1 C DairyStar Aerosol Whipped Cream
- 1 C Marcerated Berries
- 5 ea Candied Nuts
- French Toast Mix:
- 3 Eggs
- 3/4 C Saputo Milk
- 1/4 C Heavy Cream
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- Strawberry Whipped Ricotta:
- 3 C Frigo Ricotta Impastata
- 4 Tbsp DairyStar Heavy Cream
- 5 Tbsp Strawberry Syrup
Directions
- Make the french toast (sub recipe)
- 1a. In a mixing bowl whisk all the ingredients.
- Spread strawberry whipped ricotta (sub recipe) on first piece of french toast bread. Layer other 3 pieces of bread with strawberry whipped ricotta.
- 2a. Strawberry Whipped Ricotta- In a mixing bow whip all the ingredients until combined and fluffy.
- Drizzle honey on top of final piece of bread. Use the DairyStar Aerosol Whipped Cream to swirl on top.
- Place the marcerated berries and candied nuts around the whip cream.
