Hot Honey Balsamic Pizza

Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough
  • 3 oz Tomato Basil Marinara Sauce
  • 1 C Saputo Spicy Mozzarella Shreds
  • Cupping Pepperoni
  • 1/2 C Montchevre Goat Cheese Crumbles
  • 1 Tbsp Italian Parsley
  • 1 bunch Basil
  • 1.5 Tbsp Hot Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar Glaze

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 460° and remove pizza dough from cooler/ or freezer allowing pizza dough to come up to room temperature. Once pliable shape the pizza dough into 12 inch round.
  2. Using a 3 oz. spoodle evenly spread the parsley alfredo across pizza dough.
  3. Evenly sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over marinara sauce and pizza dough.
  4. Top pizza with cupping pepperoni and bake pizza for 5 minutes at 460° degrees in a impinger oven/ or convection oven until cheese is bubbling, and edges are golden brown.
  5. Once edged are golden brown, Remove pizza from the oven and slice into 8 equal pieces.
  6. Garnish pizza with Italian parsley and basil and evenly drizzle hot honey and balsamic vinegar glaze over the top. Serve immediately.
