Hot Honey Balsamic Pizza

Ingredients
- Pizza Dough
- 3 oz Tomato Basil Marinara Sauce
- 1 C Saputo Spicy Mozzarella Shreds
- Cupping Pepperoni
- 1/2 C Montchevre Goat Cheese Crumbles
- 1 Tbsp Italian Parsley
- 1 bunch Basil
- 1.5 Tbsp Hot Honey
- 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar Glaze
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 460° and remove pizza dough from cooler/ or freezer allowing pizza dough to come up to room temperature. Once pliable shape the pizza dough into 12 inch round.
- Using a 3 oz. spoodle evenly spread the parsley alfredo across pizza dough.
- Evenly sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over marinara sauce and pizza dough.
- Top pizza with cupping pepperoni and bake pizza for 5 minutes at 460° degrees in a impinger oven/ or convection oven until cheese is bubbling, and edges are golden brown.
- Once edged are golden brown, Remove pizza from the oven and slice into 8 equal pieces.
- Garnish pizza with Italian parsley and basil and evenly drizzle hot honey and balsamic vinegar glaze over the top. Serve immediately.
