5 Minute Whipped Ricotta Dip

Ingredients
- 8 oz Frigo Ricotta Cheese
- 2 Tbsp DairyStar Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- TT Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Place Ricotta in a food processor and begin to blend on high. Drizzle in the heavy cream and then drizzle in the olive oil. Stop the processor, season with salt and fresh cracked black pepper and then decide about the consistency. If you want it a little thinner drizzle in more olive oil.
- *Serve Savory topped with fresh herbs, berries, grilled or roasted veggies, fresh tomatoes and even roasted mushrooms.
- *Serve sweet on toast with jam, fresh fruit, lemon curd, or any compote you can get your hands on.
