Chevre Creme Brulee

Ingredients
- 1 C DairyStar Heavy Cream
- 1/2 C Saputo Whole Milk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 4 Egg Yolks
- 1/4 C Granulated Sugar
- 8 oz Montchevre Goat Cheese
Directions
- Heat oven to 350F.
- In saucepan, combine heavy cream, whole milk, and vanilla extract.
- In mixing bowl, combine sugar and egg yolks.
- In another mixing bowl add goat cheese.
- Bring saucepan to a simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
- Gradually pour egg mixture into the milk mixure. Continually whisking for 10 minutes.
- Whisk in Montchevre Goat cheese. Whisk until all combined. Heat for 5 minutes.
- Into a bowl, Pour mixture througha fine-mesh sieve.
- Pour mixture into Ramekins. Place Ramekins into a half-pan with an inch of water. Bake for 40 minutes. Cool to room temperatur and refigerate for at least 4 hours. (6 recommended)
