Cranberry Pecan Goat Cheese Truffles

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
- 8 oz Montchevre goat cheese softened
- 1 C dried cranberries chopped, divided use
- 1 C pecan chips divided use
- ¼ C sliced green onions divided use
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- In a large bowl or using a stand mixture, cream together the cream cheese and the goat cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Add half of the cranberries, half of the pecans, and half of the green onions, along with all of the Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Roll into truffles and then roll the truffles in the remaining cranberries, pecans, and green onions to cover. Serve with crackers.
