Cranberry Pecan Goat Cheese Truffles

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 8 oz Montchevre goat cheese softened
  • 1 C dried cranberries chopped, divided use
  • 1 C pecan chips divided use
  • ¼ C sliced green onions divided use
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. In a large bowl or using a stand mixture, cream together the cream cheese and the goat cheese. Mix until well combined.
  2. Add half of the cranberries, half of the pecans, and half of the green onions, along with all of the Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Roll into truffles and then roll the truffles in the remaining cranberries, pecans, and green onions to cover. Serve with crackers.
