Swine-Date Blues Pizza

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 460° and remove pizza dough from cooler/ or freezer allowing pizza dough to come up to room temperature. Once pliable shape the pizza dough into 12 inch round.
  2. Using a 3 oz. spoodle evenly spread caramelized onions evenly across the dough using a 3 oz. spoodle.
  3. Evenly sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over onions and top with dates and chopped bacon.
  4. Bake pizza for 5 minutes at 460° degrees in a impinger oven/ or convection oven until cheese is bubbling, and edges are golden brown.
  5. Once edged are golden brown, Remove pizza from the oven and slice into 8 equal pieces.
  6. Evenly drizzle balsamic vinegar glaze over the top of the pizza and evenly sprinkle toasted walnuts over the top. Serve immediately.
