Swine-Date Blues Pizza

Ingredients
- Pizza Dough
- 1/2 C Carmelized Onions
- 1 C Saputo Gold WM Mozzarella Shreds
- 1 C Medjool Dates Diced
- 1/3 C Treasure Cave Blue Cheese Crumbles
- 1/3 C Cooked and Chopped Applewood Bacon
- 1.5 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar Glaze
- 2 Tbsp Toasted walnuts
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 460° and remove pizza dough from cooler/ or freezer allowing pizza dough to come up to room temperature. Once pliable shape the pizza dough into 12 inch round.
- Using a 3 oz. spoodle evenly spread caramelized onions evenly across the dough using a 3 oz. spoodle.
- Evenly sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over onions and top with dates and chopped bacon.
- Bake pizza for 5 minutes at 460° degrees in a impinger oven/ or convection oven until cheese is bubbling, and edges are golden brown.
- Once edged are golden brown, Remove pizza from the oven and slice into 8 equal pieces.
- Evenly drizzle balsamic vinegar glaze over the top of the pizza and evenly sprinkle toasted walnuts over the top. Serve immediately.
