Ingredients
- 1/4 lb Hamburger Patty
- 1 Tbsp Bacon Jam
- 2 Slice Black Creek 9 Month Yellow Cheddar Block
- 1 Tbsp BBQ Sauce
- 3 ea. Onion Rings
- 1 Toasted Brioche Bun
Directions
- Pre-heat a flat to or griddle to 350° and season hamburger patty with salt (of your choice) and pepper.
- Once pre-heated place burger pattie on flat-top and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°.
- While burgers are cooking, pre-heat deep fry to 350° and prepare onion rings according to package directions.
- Begin to assemble your burger by add bacon jam and a slice of cheddar cheese(1 per patty) to burgers and allow to melt on flat top.
- Place burger patties on heel of brioche bun and top with BBQ sauce and onion rings. Top burger with crown of brioche bun and serve immediately.
