Bacon Jam Cheddar Burger

  1. Pre-heat a flat to or griddle to 350° and season hamburger patty with salt (of your choice) and pepper.
  2. Once pre-heated place burger pattie on flat-top and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°.
  3. While burgers are cooking, pre-heat deep fry to 350° and prepare onion rings according to package directions.
  4. Begin to assemble your burger by add bacon jam and a slice of cheddar cheese(1 per patty) to burgers and allow to melt on flat top.
  5. Place burger patties on heel of brioche bun and top with BBQ sauce and onion rings. Top burger with crown of brioche bun and serve immediately.
