Ingredients
- 8 oz Saputo Sour Cream
- 2/3 C Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Water
- 1 ½ Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced or grated
- 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
- ¼ C grated Stella Hard Italian cheese
- 1 bunch fresh parsley, finely chopped
- TT Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Combine Cream cheese, veganaise, water and red wine vinegar and whisk well.
- Add garlic and Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese and whisk well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
