Warm Beer Cheese Sauce

  1. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the flour and cook until foamy, about 2 minutes. (Making a roux.)
  3. Gradually whisk in the beer until the mixture is smooth, then add the half and half. Simmer until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
  4. Whisk in the mustard, Worcestershire sauce and seasoned salt. Gradually add the cheese continuing to whisk until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
