Ingredients
- 1/4 lb Hamburger Patty
- 2 ea. Deli-Sliced Pepperoni 1/4in
- 2 ea. Deli-Sliced Genoa Salami 1/4in
- 1 Slice Saputo Gold WM Mozarella Loaf
- 3 ea. Red Onion 1/4in Rings
- 3 ea. Mild Banana Peppers
- 2 ea. Roma Tomato 1/4in Slice
- 1/2 Tbsp Italian Salad Dressing
- 1 Toasted Brioche Hamburger Bun
Directions
- Pre-heat a flat to or griddle to 350° and season hamburger patty with salt (of your choice) and pepper.
- Once pre-heated place burger patty on flat-top and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°.
- While burgers are cooking, add pepperoni and salami and sear each side for approx. 1 min. or until it begins to crisp on the edges.
- Begin to assemble your burger by adding salami and pepperoni to the heel of the toasted brioche bun.
- Apply burger over the top of the deli meats on the heel and place sliced mozzarella onto the burger patty.
- In a salamander or impinger place burger under heat until mozzarella begins to melt and bubble.
- Finish assembling burger by adding red onion rings, banana peppers, Roma tomatoes, and a drizzle of Italian dressing.
- Place crown of brioch bun on top of burger and serve immediately.
