Caesar Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- ½ C Mayo
- 1 C Spauto Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- Zest of 1 Lemon
- 1 tsp Anchovy Paste
- ½ C Stella Hard Italian cheese, grated
- Splash – Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
Directions
- Place the parmesan cheese into a bowl.
- In a blender or food processor combine the garlic, mustard, Worcestershire, mayo, cottage cheese, lemon zest and juice, anchovy, red wine vinegar and Italian seasoning
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into bowl and fold in parmesan. Season aggressively with salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate 1 hour before use. Use on salad, or as a dip for crudites.
