Caesar Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • ½ C Mayo
  • 1 C Spauto Sour Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Zest of 1 Lemon
  • 1 tsp Anchovy Paste
  • ½ C Stella Hard Italian cheese, grated
  • Splash – Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • Salt & Pepper To Taste

Directions

  1. Place the parmesan cheese into a bowl.
  2. In a blender or food processor combine the garlic, mustard, Worcestershire, mayo, cottage cheese, lemon zest and juice, anchovy, red wine vinegar and Italian seasoning
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into bowl and fold in parmesan. Season aggressively with salt and pepper.
  5. Refrigerate 1 hour before use. Use on salad, or as a dip for crudites.
