Creamy Blue & Pancetta Pasta

Ingredients
- 6 oz Fettuccine
- 1/4 C Alfredo Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Treasure Cave Blue Cheese Crumbles
- 3 Tbsp Prepared Pancetta
- 1 Tbsp Italian Parsley
- 1 Tbsp Stella Parmesan Shreds
Directions
- Cook fettuccinie pasta according to package directions.
- In a clean medium saute pan heat alfredo sauce until it begins to simmer and slowly whisk in blue cheese crumbles until fully combined
- Add fettucine to the saute pan along with crispy pancetta and parsley.
- In a clean serving bowl, plate fettucine and garnish with parmesan shreds and any additional parsley (if available). Serve immediately.
