Goat Cheese Salami & Basil Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, whipped or softened
  • ½ C Mayonnaise
  • ¾ C Saputo Gold Mozzarella
  • ½ C Grated Stella Parmesan + ¼ C for topping
  • ¾ C Montchevre Goat Cheese Crumbles + ¼ C for topping
  • 6 cloves garlic, roasted and smashed
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 C diced Genoa Salami, rendered until crispy (about 6 disks on meat slicer set @ 12)
  • 1 handful of basil, chiffonade
  • Lots of fresh cracked black pepper
  • TT Salt

Directions

  1. Combine the cream, cheese sour cream and mayonnaise in a large bowl and cream together maxing sure no lumps remain.
  2. Add the mozzarella, the first addition of parmesan, salami, roasted garlic, tons of fresh cracked black pepper, Dijon, and basil, mix thoroughly. Add ¾ C Goat Cheese Crumbles and fold and mix gently to distribute but keep intact. Place in ovenproof baking dish, top with remaining parmesan and goat cheese and bake 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
