Rustic Veggie Pizza

Roasted slices of zucchini, yellow squash, red pepper, mushrooms and red onion bring striking color to this pizza topped with rich tomato sauce and a fresh herb blend of parsley, rosemary and thyme, all coated with a generous portion of Mozzarella Cheese that melts smoothly to bring the flavors together.


  • Pizza Dough, 6 oz.
  • Tomato Pizza Sauce, 3 oz.
  • Mozzarella Cheese , 2 cups
  • Roasted Zucchini, sliced , 5 slices
  • Roasted Yellow Squash, sliced, 5 slices
  • Roasted Red Onion, sliced thin, 5 slices
  • Fresh Rosemary, chopped, 1 tsp
  • Fresh Thyme, chopped, ½ tsp
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped , 1 tsp
  • Sea Salt, To Taste
  • Fresh Cracked Black Pepper, fine, To Taste


  1. Preheat oven to 450° F.
  2. Roll pizza dough to a 1/4" thick or thinner, depending on preference.
  3. Place Pizza dough in oven, and par-cook for 2 minutes to allow dough to set.
  4. Pull dough from the oven and top with pizza sauce, 1 cup of Saputo® Premium Gold Mozzarella Cheese and roasted vegetables. Top with the remaining cheese, then put back in oven for 8-12 minutes, or until pizza reaches desired doneness, color and cheese has melted thoroughly.
  5. Remove from oven and top pizza evenly with the fresh herbs, salt and cracked pepper.
  6. Slice and serve immediately.
