Prosciutto and Peach Preserves Panini
This deliciously light pressed sandwich begins with generous layers of Provolone Cheese on sliced sourdough bread—sweet peach preserves are sparingly added to complement the flavor of thinly sliced folds of prosciutto. Leaves of arugula become enveloped in the melting Provolone Cheese, and the build is heated through on a sandwich press.
