Feta and Watermelon Frisée Salad

Sweet watermelon, salty and fresh-flavored Feta Cheese, and frilly frisée lettuce create a simple yet stunning salad suitable for the most elegant of settings-especially when dressed in a sparkling honey-Dijon-sherry vinaigrette.


  • Seedless watermelon, cubed, 1 cup
  • Feta Cheese, cubed , 4 ounces
  • Frisee lettuce, 4 cups
  • Sherry vinegar , ¼ cup
  • Garlic clove, grated or minced , 1 each
  • Honey, 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh parsley, minced , 1 tablespoon
  • Salt , ¼ teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper , pinch
  • Dijon mustard , 1 teaspoon
  • Extra virgin olive oil , ½ cup


  1. Toss watermelon, Feta Cheese, and frisee together.
  2. Whisk vinegar, garlic, honey, parsley, salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard together.
  3. Slowly whisk in olive oil to form emulsion. Toss with salad and serve immediately.

Yield: 4 Servings / Serving Size: 1 Salad
